JSW MG MOTOR INDIA MG Windsor EV Charging offer 2026

1. Eligibility

1.1 This Offer is strictly limited to, and valid only for, the purchase and use in connection with, a new MG Windsor Electric Vehicle.  
Eligibility for this Offer is contingent upon the satisfaction of the following cumulative conditions:

1. Booking Period: The customer must have formally booked the vehicle between 6th March’26 to 15th March’2026 both dates inclusive.

2. Invoicing Deadline: The official invoice for the Vehicle must be generated on or before 31st March’26.

3. eHUB Registration: The customer must be duly registered on the eHUB by MG app, as further detailed in the accompanying terms and conditions.

1.2  For the purpose of this offer, purchase of Vehicle shall mean a purchase made from an authorised dealership of JSW MG Motor India (“JSW MGI”) in India for retail and individual/ personal use only, with full payment through a valid invoice, and the said purchase is made for a new Vehicle by a natural person (above the age of 18 as on the date of the invoicing) who comes under the definition of “Consumer” under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

1.3 This offer will only be valid using the mobile number registered with JSW MGI for the purchase of the Vehicle. In case of any change in the registered mobile number, the customer is required to immediately update the same through my MG app to continue availing this offer. JSW MGI shall not be responsible for any delay or discrepancy in this regard.

1.4 The offer will only apply to public charging sessions completed through the eHUB by MG app and through select charging partners onboarded on eHUB by MG. However, the data shown on the Charging Partners' applications may vary from physical condition, availability, etc. of the charger. JSW MGI will not be liable for any discrepancies of information on Charging Partners' applications visible/ provided to customers.

1.5 Home charging setups including personal home chargers, are excluded from this Offer.

1.6 This offer shall not be applicable to a used vehicle nor vehicles that are part of a fleet or used for commercial purposes like ride-hailing or delivery services, etc, identified by but not limiting to the yellow license plates used on such Vehicles. Any violation identified will lead to termination of the offer for this customer with immediate effect and decision by JSW MGI shall be final in this respect.

1.7 The offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. It is specific to the Vehicle and its registered customer. Any attempt to transfer or sell the offer benefits to another party will be beyond the scope of this offer and will lead to termination of the offer for that customer with immediate effect.

2. Usage:

The complimentary charging benefit is subject to a strict Fair Usage Policy which is limited by consumption and time as follows:

2.1 Complimentary Benefit Limit: The customer is entitled to free public charging up to a limit of 1000 units (kWh) of electricity.

2.2 Validity Period: The Offer is valid for a maximum period of 12 months only as modified by JSW MGI with or without prior intimation.

2.3 Offer Termination: The Offer will automatically and immediately cease upon the earlier of the following two events (or as modified by JSW MGI with or without prior intimation):

            I.  Consumption of 1000 units (kWh) of electricity.

            II.  Completion of 12 months (i.e. 31st march’2027) from the offer start date (1st April’2026)

2.4 Once usage period/limit expires, the customer will be charged as per the standard tariff. There may also be limitation on the weekly or monthly consumption and utilization of the charging service under this offer, as decided by JSW MGI.

2.5 The existing charging guidelines mentioned in the Vehicle owner's manual is required to be followed by all customers. The customer should follow the instructions therein for slow charging requirements as per the “Charging Tips' in the owner's manual which is important for optimum battery health and driving range. Failure to comply with the same may impact the warranty conditions for the battery pack of the Vehicle, and subsequently, this Offer.

3. Offer termination/Cancellation/Suspension: 

3.1 JSW MGI reserves the right to terminate or modify this Offer (that is rolled out of company goodwill towards customers) at any time, without prior notice. This includes changes in the locations or tariff of applicable chargers, the terms of the fair usage, or any other conditions related to the offer. However, JSW MGI shall endeavour to notify the same to the customers by sending communication to the customer’s registered contact details. Following a change to the Terms and Conditions and/or its communication to the customer, the subsequent use of the platform signifies the customer’s acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.

3.2 JSW MG also reserves the right to cancel/ terminate/ suspend the offer for any customer or terminate his/ her account for an indefinite period, in case of any inappropriate, offensive or fraudulent action or any other wrongdoing, or for actions that are in violation of these terms and conditions or against the principle of fair usage, or if JSW MGI has a reason to believe that any data provided by the customer is incorrect or false, or that the security of the account or the application through his/ her usage has been compromised in any way, or for any other reason JSW MGI may find just or equitable. The decision of JSW MGI in this regard shall be final.

3.3 To avail the offer, customer needs to be duly registered on the eHUB by MG app. eHUB Registration must be completed by and before April 30, 2026, to receive benefits associated with the offer.  
Any user who fails to register on eHUB by MG app by and before April 30, 2026, will not be able to avail this offer. To become eligible for, and to avail of, the benefits associated with this Offer, the Customer is mandatorily required to be registered, and must maintain active registration, on the eHUB by MG app. The mandatory eHUB registration process must be duly and fully completed by the customer no later than April 30, 2026. Failure by the Customer to complete the mandatory eHUB registration by the stipulated Registration Deadline of April 30, 2026, shall result in the immediate and automatic forfeiture of all rights and benefits associated with this Offer, and the Customer shall be deemed ineligible.

4. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

4.1This offer is applicable within the territory of India.

4.2 This offer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. Any disputes arising from this offer shall be resolved in accordance with the same.

4.3 The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, India.

5. General Terms:

5.1 JSW MG Motor India is not responsible for any technical difficulties that may prevent users from availing the offer.

5.2 By availing the offer, the customer is deemed to permit JSW MGI to use his/ her name, units, charging data and other details of the Vehicle (“Personal Information”) as required for advertising and promotional purposes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

5.3 Personal information referred above shall include personal information of the participants about themselves, such as name, age, address, e-mail, etc. so that JSW MGI or the dealership can send communications to them, or for additional follow-up communications or for keeping them generally aware of promotions/ rewards. For this purpose, the personal information will be collected, processed and used in accordance with JSW MGI’s Privacy Policy, which can be found on JSW MGI’s website.

5.4 In case the customer does not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety or to provide the personal information, then customer is not authorized to register or to participate in the offer in any other manner. Customer may not participate in the offer where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable law or regulations.

5.5 JSW MGI reserves the right to interrupt or suspend temporarily and without prior notice, access to the eHUB by MG app or usage of the Offer for the period that it determines necessary for any reasons of a technical, administrative or force majeure nature including outages, earthquakes, floods, fires, epidemics, pandemic, sabotage, strikes, international embargoes or blockades, acts of war or terrorism, riots, emergency situations, contingencies or a state of alarm caused by an epidemic or pandemic, as well as due to technical actions that must be performed on equipment in order for it to function properly or to improve service (for example, maintenance, repairs, unavailability of third party platforms or services, software updates to systems, servers, and/or charging stations).

5.6 The final decision with respect to this Offer and/or its interpretation shall vest with JSW MG and/ or the authorised dealership as per applicability.
